Delivery, Replacement and Refund Policy

Delivery Policy:

Onushiloni.net opens the doorway for everybody to shop over the Internet. Our dedicated quality assurance team works round the clock personally to make sure the right Product reach on time(Digitally or physically). Our services are at your doorsteps with low delivery charge for. We process all deliveries through reputed courier services. We deliver products all over the Bangladesh. If there is any modification in delivery charge for a particular item, it is mentioned in product details.

Order confirmation and delivery completion are subject to product availability. Delivery time may differ from one item to another. It can differ from standard delivery to beyond that.

Standard Delivery: If your delivery address is within Dhaka city, products will be delivered by within 2-3 business days. If it is outside Dhaka, it will take 5-7 business days. If you order after 6 PM, it will be considered as an order of next business day. Our Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except public holidays. Delivery may delay due to COVID-19.

All our virtual product (e.g. worksheet) will be delivered digitally and ready for download instatnly. Please note that, there will be no physical delivery for digital downloadable product.

Replacement of product:

We provide great customer experience each time you shop with your Onushiloni.net. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ensure ‘Replacement of Product’. We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect during the production stage or if the product is not the same one you ordered. Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents. Please note the “Cover Photo” used in the product or shop page is for illustration purpose, which may not resemble with the original product you receive.

All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at info@onushiloni.net within a period of 24 hours from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by Progoti Publisher team.

Please note that, the digital downloadable product will be only be replaced if there is any mistake found in the product.

Refund Policy:

In case of product’s sold out, customer can choose any other product from our website or take refund. In case of refunding card payment, the refund will be returned directly to the customer’s debit/credit card if customer claims a refund to us. Then we will take necessary initiative about it to effect the refund via the payment gateway. Card payment can be refunded only to the card holder’s account via bank and cannot be refunded partially as per policy.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time without any prior written notice. If we decide to change the terms of use, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 10 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
